Terms and Conditions
- Limited to the first 300 eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This special offer is provided at no charge and includes the doctor's test result interpretation fee and hospital service charges.
- The offer is valid only at the designated centers of the four participating Samitivej hospitals listed above.
- Any additional medical procedures or services beyond the specified Lipid Profile Test will be charged at the hospital's standard rates. Additional physician consultations to discuss results and any follow-up treatment related to an existing diagnosis are not included.
